When it comes to shape an organization and build the structure of new teams the size of the teams is important for their success. Each member being part of the team is adding a number of communication channels to the team in a way like
number of communication channels = n(n-1)/2, n=team size
So by enlargement the number of teammembers in a linear way the number of communication channels increases in an exponential way. This fact is why XP (10) and Scrum (7 +/- 2) as Agile Software Development Frameworks recommends having teams with not more than 10 members.

Ich biete Dir eine weitere Formel:
Ein ideales Team besteht aus
[n=n/2 Λ n<3]
