Was motiviert uns ?

Die Erkenntniss, dass Geld kein Mittel zur Motivationssteigerung ist, ist nicht neu. Schön herausgearbeitet wird jedoch, dass Arbeit einen Sinn machen muss und das Ziel sein kann, “Die Welt ein bisschen besser zu machen”. Ich glaube das passt sehr gut zu “Make your business a best – run business.”
