They provide a really easy interface to come up with ideas and suggestions. After gathering you can vote on the items and discuss them. Usage is incredible easy as well as voting.

Working for the Personal Health Record Lifesesensor i get a lot suggestions from people without having the possibility to discuss them or rate them. Some people may Discussion is important to clarify the ideas and keep in touch with contributors. Rating is vital for priorization.
