In my team we do journal clubs on a weekly basis. This is to transfer knowledge between teammembers and keep everyone up-to date.
Doing a journal club you sould consider the following issues.
Before Presentation
- Tell People that a journal club is going on and provide the journal for people interested in advance in electronic format and print
During Presentation
- Name the article and journal at the begin of the presentation
After Presentation
- Upload your presentation slides (and video if available) to a site to share your information. It might be valuable to others.
